PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit component capable of simply discriminating whether specific processing such as initialization, the confirmation and inspection of operation has been completed. SOLUTION: In the electronic circuit component including a first element wherein specific processing such as initialization, the confirmation or inspection of operation is executed by the control of CPU; and a second element operated by the control of the CPU after the specific processing has been completed to rise in temperature, a heat-sensitive member, which is irreversibly changed in its form at a first temperature before the second element is operated and at a second temperature when the second element is operated, is pasted on or applied to the upper surface of the second element and, on the basis of the form of the heat-sensitive member, it can be recognized whether the specific processing to the first element has been completed.
