<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device preventing moisture and oxygen from infiltrating from outside, easily applied to a large-sized display device, and excellent in mass production, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting device is equipped with: a thin film transistor including a gate electrode, an active layer insulated from the gate electrode, source and drain electrodes insulated from the gate electrode and caused to come into contact with the active layer, and an insulating layer interposed between the source electrode and drain electrode, and the active layer; and an organic light-emitting element electrically coupled to the thin film transistor. The insulating layer is equipped with: a first insulating layer in contact with the active layer; and a second insulating layer formed of metal oxide on the first insulating layer, and the method of manufacturing the same is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
