PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier film laminate having high a barrier property to water vapor and hardly causing delamination even in an environment of a high temperature and high humidity to maintain the high barrier property. SOLUTION: The barrier film laminate is formed by sticking barrier films through an adhesive layer. The barrier film includes, on at least an outermost layer at one side, an inorganic oxide layer or a coating layer comprising a composite film formed by the reaction of resin with a hydrophilic group, a hydrolysate of alkoxide and/or its condensate. At least one surface of the adhesive layer abuts on the surface of the inorganic oxide layer or the surface of the coating layer, and the adhesive layer contains a silane coupling agent.
