<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a non-oriented electrical steel strip having low iron loss and high magnetic permeability from a cast strip. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the non-oriented electrical steel strip 110 includes the following processes; (a) a process for adjusting the non-oriented electrical molten steel 30; (b) a process for casting into the strip 10 by rapidly solidifying the molten steel 30 and also, manifesting as-cast granular structure; (c) a process for reheating this cooled strip 10; and (d) a process for controlling austenitic quantity, with which this strip 10 is hot-rolled and the thickness of the strip is reduced and the recrystallization of the as-cast granular structure is restrained to the minimum and the temperature is limited during hot-rolling by using formula, T<SB>20wt%γ</SB>,°C=787.8-(4407)%C-(151.6)%Mn+(564.7)%P+(155.9)%Si+(439.8)%Al-(50.7)%Cr-(68.8)%N-(53.2)%Cu-(139)%Ni+(88.3)%Mo. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
