PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board in which a transmission error is not generated even when an environmental temperature changes suddenly. SOLUTION: A measuring pattern 25 for capacitance measurement is assumed to be formed near a transmission line 20 on a printed wiring board at the printed circuit board 1. In addition, a monitoring circuit 10 is mounted on the printed wiring board at the printed circuit board 1. The monitoring circuit 10 controls the transmission timing and reception timing of a transmission circuit 21 and/or a reception circuit 22 to perform proper signal transmission based on the measured result of capacitance by the measuring pattern 25.
