PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that relays a signal without demodulation processing (signal separation processing), and collectively demodulates signals by a communication device on a reception side in transfer. SOLUTION: In the radio communication system, a plurality of radio communication repeaters 2-1 to 2-4 relay signals transmitted from a radio communication device 1-1 for transmitting to a radio communication device 1-2. Each of the radio communication repeaters 2-1 to 2-4 is in cooperation with other radio communication repeaters when relaying a reception signal, and encodes the reception signal to obtain space diversity in the radio communication device 1-2.
