<p>PURPOSE: A heat insulating panel and a heat insulating chip containing vegetable carbide, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the workability of a heat insulating construction by forming pores in the heat insulating panel and the heat insulating chip. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating panel containing vegetable carbide is based on dried vegetable powder. The auxiliary component of the heat insulating panel is a binder composed of sodium silicate, alumina, and potassium hydroxide. The dried vegetable powder and the binder are mixed. The mixture is dried. The dried mixture is formed into a panel shape by being introduced into a compressive mold.</p> |
