PURPOSE: A sliding apparatus, assembling method thereof and an electronic instrument having the same are provided to minimize the displacement of width direction between the rails of first and second sliders when adjusting the locations of pieces along the width direction. CONSTITUTION: A rail unit(31a) is prepared in the both ends in the width direction, and a slider(31) allows the sliding operation thereof along the length direction through the rail unit. Pieces include a first piece member(40) and a second piece member. The first piece member includes one of the rail units, and the second piece member comprises the rest one of the rail unit.
