Disclosed is a transparent conductive film which exhibits excellent pen sliding durability when used in a touch panel and excellent resistance stability under high temperature, high humidity conditions. The transparent conductive film comprises a transparent conductive film mainly comprising crystalline indium oxide laminated to a depth of at least 10nm on at least one surface of a transparent plastic film substrate. The average crystal grain diameter of the indium oxide is 30-1000nm, and the uniformity coefficient of the crystal grain diameter in the film thickness direction of the transparent conductive film is 3-500.
