The embodiment of the present invention provides a method for blind detection of PDCCH, and a method and device for scheduling resources. The method for blind detection of PDCCH includes: decoding the PDCCH according to the format of the downlink control information (DCI) to be detected; performing descrambling operation on the decoded PDCCH with the terminal identifier to obtain the DCI including cyclic redundancy check (CRC); if the CRC is correct, parsing the content of the obtained DCI; stopping the subsequent blind detection of PDCCH if the content of the obtained DCI is a sequence which should not be appear in the the DCI to be detected. The method and device of the embodiment of the present invention enable decreasing the times of blind detection of PDCCH in the unscheduled mobile station (MS) to the best, thus reducing the power consumption of the MS.
