<p>Disclosed are a road surface image capturing/editing device and a road surface image capturing/editing program for identifiably capturing images of road surfaces which are sunlit or shaded during the daytime. Capturing means (10, 12) appropriately adjust the shutter speed and gain of a camera comprising the same, and, in accordance with instructions of a controller (20), simultaneously capture, every time a vehicle (100) travels a predetermined distance, a road surface image in which a sunlit region can be identified and a road surface image in which a shaded region can be identified while said images are partially overlapped in the road width direction and the direction of advance of the vehicle (100). The controller (20) then performs keystone correction for the road surface images, calculates the degree of conformity of the overlapping regions in the road width direction and the degree of conformity of the overlapping regions in the direction of advance of the vehicle (100) in the road surface images, and joins the road surface images according to the degrees of conformity.</p> |
