PURPOSE: A nighttime monitoring system of safety helmet is provided to enable a user to easily identify their location if working at the nighttime or dark place. CONSTITUTION: An infrared light camera unit(112) is included in a safety hat which a distinguish member(111) that emits fluorescent light in the nighttime and dark place is spread. The infrared ray camera obtains image data by photographing an infrared ray image about the surrounding situation of a management target. A transceiving unit transmits image data bout the surrounding situation of management target obtained by the infrared ray camera to a center server.
