<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical apparatus for a minimum invasive treatment such as an endoscopic and/or laparoscopic treatment, more specifically allowing plural surgical apparatuses to be inserted through a single incision. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical apparatus for positioning within a tissue tract accessing an underlying body cavity includes a seal anchor member for delimiting a longitudinal axis and length. The seal anchor member has a first end and second end. The first end is configured to be folded along the longitudinal axis and adapted to delimit a plurality of folded states.
