<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a work, capable of preventing a work punched by a main punch from being pushed back to a worked material side simultaneously when a die is opened, suppressing any bulky condition of a die structure in the height direction, and easily exchanging and checking an energizing means as a drive source of an ejector. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes an upper die 3 and a lower die 2. One die includes a main punch 6, and the other die includes an ejector 13, a slider 15 which is movably provided in the direction across the vertical direction, and an urging means (a second gas spring 19).
