DEVELOPING DEVICE, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which hardly causes such an inconvenience that developer is satisfactorily released from a developing roller (developer carrier) toward a second conveying path and the developer released from the developer carrier after a developing step is carried again on the developer carrier in the second conveying path when two conveying members that form a circulation route through which the developer is conveyed in a longitudinal direction are arranged to face the developer carrier and when a developer regulating member is disposed below the developer carrier, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: One magnetic pole H4 of the developer carrier 13a is formed at a position opposed to a separation member 13d for separating a first conveying path by a first conveying member 13b1 from a second conveying path by a second conveying member 13b2. The separation member 13d is provided with a magnet 13k formed so that its polarity on a side opposed to the magnetic pole H4 may differ from the polarity of the magnetic pole H4 opposite to the developer carrier 13a.
