PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device of an electric component for sending test results improved. SOLUTION: A simulation device forming a simulation signal, the test device connected to the electric component, at least two connection devices, and a selecting device for performing selection from at least two connection devices are provided. The simulation device and the test device are electrically connected to at least one of the at least two connection devices via the selecting device, and the connection devices are mutually distinguished in respect to at least one electrical characteristic.
