摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, a semiconductor storage device and a program, allowing service life extension of the semiconductor storage device storing read only data without reducing processing speed. SOLUTION: The read only data are stored in a plurality of physical blocks inside a ROM (Read Only Memory) 12 according to reading frequency of the data. More physical blocks are allocated to the data having higher reading frequency than the data having lower reading frequency, the same data are stored in the allocated physical blocks, and the plurality of physical blocks are sequentially used when reading the data. When a plurality of pieces of reading are performed, a reading frequency of the plurality of physical blocks is smoothed. By varying an allocation number of the physical block according to the reading frequency, the reading frequency is smoothed as the whole semiconductor storage device, and a service life can be extended.
