PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a steering gear box is provided to be publicly used by easily and differently setting the mounting angle of a housing of a steering gear box. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure of a steering gear box comprises a circumference part(3), protrusions(5), slots(7), and a clamp unit(9). The circumference part is a part of a housing(1) of a steering gear box. The protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the circumference part at uniform intervals and are coupled to the outer surface of the circumference part. The clamp unit is fixed to a sub frame through the circumference part.
