PURPOSE: A functional scale is provided to prevent the slipping by comprising soft and nonslip chemical components such as silicon or gel with elasticity at one part or the bottom part of the scale. CONSTITUTION: A functional scale includes a hard body(11) such as long plastic or acryl and a scale display part(12). As a part of the functional scale, a silicon gel part(20) and the bottom(13) are formed of soft and elastic silicon or gel materials. A letter and character are formed of soft and elastic silicon or gel materials.
