PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool tilting allowing mechanism reducing bending stress to a shaft-shaped tool. SOLUTION: This tool tilting allowing mechanism tiltably connects a deburring tool 80 to a base member 13, and is energized so that the axis of the deburring tool 80 becomes parallel to the predetermined tool moving reference axis K1, and allows tilting of the deburring tool 80 by being guided by an inner surface of a tool insertion hole H1 when inserting the deburring tool 80 into the tool insertion hole H1 of a work W by advancing the base member 13 in the direction of the tool moving reference axis K1. The mechanism has a first tilting member 11 extending in the direction of the tool moving reference axis K1. A rear end part of its first tilting member 11 is connected to the base member 13 via a first universal joint mechanism 101, and a second tilting member 12 tilting integrally with the deburring tool 80 is connected to a front end part of the first tilting member 11 via a second universal joint mechanism 102.
