PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed decorative sheet in which the occurrence of folded wrinkles and curling is eliminated and which is excellent in scratch resistance and surface strength. SOLUTION: The foamed decorative sheet includes at least a foamed resin layer on a base material. (1) The foamed resin layer is formed by foaming a blowing agent-containing resin layer. (2) The blowing agent-containing resin layer is formed from a resin composition containing (i) a polymer obtained from at least one selected from a group consisting of acrylic acid and methacrylic acid as a monomer and (ii) a layered silicate mineral which is a 2:1 type structure and whose layer charge value per unit composition is at least 0.2.
