PURPOSE: An ice maker and a refrigerator therewith are provided to effectively prevent water occurred when ice is separated from being fallen down to an icebank. CONSTITUTION: An ice maker comprises an ice making tray(110), a driving controller, a heat source, and an ice separation assisting unit(200). The driving controller rotates the ice making tray. The heat source heats the ice making tray. The ice separation assisting unit rotates the ice making tray after heating and separates ice. The ice separation assisting unit has an ice separation assisting bar and an elastic member. The elastic member returns the ice separation assisting bar to the original position after ice separation. |
