PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn coupling implement and an electronic apparatus employing the same. SOLUTION: The turn coupling implement couples a first member 1 of the electronic apparatus and a second member 2 of the electronic apparatus turnably. The turn coupling implement has a first coupling body 3 to be connected to the first member 1 and a second coupling body 4 to be connected to the second member 2 which relatively turnably couples with the first coupling body 3 in a state of overlapping with the first coupling body 3. A buffer mechanism is provided for buffering an advancing turning force which is generated when the first coupling body 3 and the second coupling body 4 mutually relatively turn toward surface overlapping direction.
