PURPOSE: A hard coating composition is provided to ensure excellent anti-fingerprint and anti-fouling properties by fluoro(meth)acrylate having a predetermined structure, thereby being effective in manufacture of a polarizing plate and an image display device. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating composition comprises a compound having three or more isocyanate groups within molecules and a fluoro(meth)acrylate compound obtained by reacting fluoroalcohol represented by chemical formula 1 with 2-hydroxyethyl(meth)acrylate. In chemical formula 1, Y is each independently H or F, and n and m are an integer of 0-200.
