An automated system of cardiomonitoring comprises the probe unit, the multiplexer, the interference canceller, the analog-to-digital device, the digital-to-analog device, the digital canal, and computer. Furthermore, the system comprises the unit of the individual memory cards and microprocessor controller with its input connected to the output of the analog-to-digital device and the output connected to the input of the digital-to-analog device. The control output is connected to the corresponding inputs of the multiplexer and the interference canceller, with output-input being connected to the corresponding input-output of the digital canal. The interference canceller is designed of being capable of compensating for the net interference. The probe unit represents a set of the probes, with each probe containing the electrode for recording biopotential compatible with the amplifier. The probes are intended for the conventional sites providing for the conventional electrocardiographic leads. The unit of the probes comprises the probes for electrocardiographic control, the probe for controlling hemodynamics, the thermoprobe, the probe for controlling the respiratory activity, the probe for gas control, and acoustic probe. The system allows one for complex analysis of the cardiologic state of the patient in the real time mode. |
