<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a depositing device for depositing a flowable food containing gas. <P>SOLUTION: The depositing device 5 for depositing the flowable food containing gas comprises a pressurized feed line conveying the flowable food containing pressurized gas, a piston means operatively connected to the feed line and containing a piston 60 and a chamber 61, and an outlet to deliver the food at atmospheric pressure into a mold 85. The depositing device comprises a pressure retaining means 9 arranged to retain the food in the chamber at the same pressure as the line pressure and to deliver the food through the outlet when the pressure in the chamber increases from the line pressure caused by lowering of the piston into the chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
