PURPOSE: A fuel supply system of a gas engine capable of detecting the pollution level of a fuel filter and a method for detecting the pollution level of a fuel filter are provided to inform a user of the replacement time of a fuel filter by alarming the clogging of the fuel filter. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system of a gas engine capable of detecting the pollution level of a fuel filter comprises a fuel filter(100), a first pressure sensor(111), a second pressure sensor(112), and an ECU(70). The fuel filter is installed in a fuel supply line located outside a fuel tank and filters the foreign substances of liquefied fuel. The first pressure sensor senses fuel pressure in the inlet of the fuel filter. The second pressure sensor senses fuel pressure in the outlet of the fuel filter. The ECU calculates differential pressure betewen the first and second pressure sensors by comparing pressure values.
