PURPOSE: A golf training device and a weight movement analyzing method using the same are provided to photograph swing operation of a user and to sense change of the weight movement of a user. CONSTITUTION: A golf training device comprises: a tee box in which swing of a user is performed; a sensor unit including a weight sensor which senses the weight movement of a user; a display unit(200) taking a photograph of the swing motion of a user; an analysis unit(300) which analyzes weight movement of a user, combines the photographed swing motion with the analyzed weight movement status, and outputs weight movement; and a display(400) which displays the information on weight movement of the user outputted from the analysis unit.
