PURPOSE: A digital content management method is provided to generate a control license and a data license for a digital content. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(1110) stores at least a digital content. A processing unit(1130) receives an device ID of a first electronic device. The processing unit generates data license and a control license for a digital content. The processing unit packages the digital content and the control license as a content package. The processing unit transmits the content package and the data license to the first electronic device.
