PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a meshing margin at the engagement of engaging vanes and engaging rollers, in an elevator door engaging device. SOLUTION: The engaging vanes 12 and 13 are installed in a car door 11, and extend in the vertical direction at an interval, and constitute a parallel link together with links 14 and 15. The engaging rollers 18 and 21 are installed in a landing door, and nipped between the engaging vanes 12 and 13 when a car lands on a landing hall. The engaging vanes 12 and 13 push the engaging rollers 18 and 21 according to the opening/closing of the car door 11, and drive the opening/closing of the landing door.
