摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the quality of an information system that is a quality evaluation object from the failure occurrence in the information system regardless of the scale of the information system. <P>SOLUTION: A failure rate calculation unit 130 calculates a device model-specific average failure rate with respect to all information systems 300 in reference to a DB 110 registering failure occurrence information on the information systems 300. An average failure record calculation unit 150 and a management limit value calculation unit 160 refer to failure occurrence information of the DB 110, and calculate, for each information system 300, a moving average of the frequency of failure occurrence for a plurality of months and a management limit value or the sum of the frequency of failure occurrence of each month for a predetermined period which is corrected based on the system scale and the average failure rate for each device, respectively.
