PURPOSE: A scaling device for shells is provided to prevent foreign materials from flying and to secure vision of a user. CONSTITUTION: A scaling device for shells comprises: a handle(10) in which a mount chamber is formed; a motor mounted on the mount chamber; a fixing plate(30) in which a through-hole is formed and which is combined with one end of the handle; and a rotary tool(40) which rotates by the rotation of the rotary shaft in order to remove foreign materials attached to shells. The rotary tool includes a spiral tab and a plurality of straight grooves.
