PURPOSE: Soybean paste powder containing gastrodia elata and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the nutrition of the soybean paste powder by adding gastrodia elata powder, pepper seed powder, and fermented soybean powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soybean paste powder containing gastrodia elata comprises the following: washing soybeans with water, and boiling(S110,S120); crushing the boiled soybeans, and molding a soybean block(S130,S140); naturally drying the soybean block for 50~60days(S150); firstly aging the soybean block with salt water for 60~70days(S160); separating the aged soybean block with soy sauce(170); adding gastrodia elata powder, pepper seed powder, and fermented soybean powder into the soybean block, and pouring the soy sauce(S180); secondly fermenting to obtain fermented soybean paste(S190); and drying and crushing the dried fermented soybean paste(S200). |
