The system (1) has a housing element (14) comprising an interlocking device (22), and a complementary interlocking device (34) lockable with the device (22) such that the devices are unlockable by activation of the devices by a tool. The element is provided with an accommodating device (20). An insertion device and the device (20) are connected with each other such that an electrical contact element (18) and a complementary electrical contact element (40) are closed at front ends of a connector (10) and a complementary connector (12) respectively in a moisture-proof manner.
