<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic sensor cell, an electrostatic sensor, an electrostatic switch, and a position detector, wherein also noise mixed through a human body can be effectively offset by a simple configuration and noise resistance can be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrostatic sensor cell, two receiving electrodes have completely symmetrical shapes. Since size adjustment or the like for mounting a sensor on a substrate can be simply executed, a cancel effect of in-phase noise in differential amplification can be displayed effectively at maximum. Further, a land adjacent to one receiving electrode side of one transmitting electrode is formed. Thereby, one transmitting electrode is like an asymmetrical shape when observing it from a differential amplifier. Thereby, in differential amplification, whether a finger approaches or not can be surely detected without losing the cancel effect of the in-phase noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
