<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electricity accumulation device which can store electric energy automatically only by removing the electricity accumulation device from a discharge circuit or disconnecting the discharge circuit without using a charging system. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic force can induce ions by making electrode plates with magnetic layers with powder dispersed on a polarized material mainly formed of activated carbon. The action provides the electricity accumulation device with performance which automatically returns only by removing the electricity accumulation device from the discharge circuit or disconnecting the discharge circuit without using the charging system, and can be used for charge and discharge repeatedly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
