<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure in photographing caused by a change of photographer without the need for changing settings of an image capturing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image capturing apparatus includes: a step (S322) of estimating the photographer of the apparatus based on the relationship of a subject contained in an image obtained by an imaging means and facial information of an owner of the apparatus stored by the storage means; and a step (S328) of changing a photographing mode to a simple photographing mode according to the estimated photographer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
