FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, power amplifiers. SUBSTANCE: device is designed using push-pull circuit with isolated power supply. Device has generation units, parallel load circuit. Two L-type voltage forming circuits are inserted between generation units and load circuit and are designed using capacitors and chokes. In addition device has two clipping diodes, which are connected in same polarity with respect to generation units, locking choke and isolating capacitor. According to first embodiment, anodes of clipping diodes are connected to connection points of isolating capacitors and chokes of forming circuits, respective. Cathodes of clipping diodes are joined and are connected to global bus of generator through isolating capacitor, and positive terminal of power supply through locking choke. According to second embodiment, anodes of clipping diodes are connected to respective connection points of terminals of chokes of forming circuits with terminals of load circuit. Cathodes of clipping diodes are joined and connected to global bus of generator through isolating capacitor, and to positive terminal of power supply through locking choke.
