FIELD: production of cements and mortars, strengthening of soils; construction engineering; mining and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in joint milling clinker and gypsum to specific surface of 250 to 500 sq. m/kg in mills provided with filters. Then ground material - finished commercial portland cement - if fed from mills to cement silos for blending and storage; at least two mills work for common cement silo; up to 40% of total amount of gypsum is fed to one of them and remaining gypsum is fed to other mill; dust which is superfine portland cement is taken from filters of cement mill to which 40% of gypsum is fed and dust entrapped by filters of other mills is fed to cement silos of commercial portland cement. Mineral additive is introduced during joint milling of clinker and gypsum. EFFECT: production of superfine portland cement with no additional consumption of power and with no change in technology. 2 cl, 1 tbl |
