The installation (1) has a rotating drum (3) including periphery on which internal maintenance elements (10), where each element maintains a vial (2) on a part of periphery of a body of each element. An external guiding unit is fixed in a rotational manner and adjustable in a radial manner. The guiding unit includes a guiding rail (15) cooperating with the vial driven by the rotating drum and elastically mounted on a support (16). Displacement units (17) radially displace an assembly formed by the guiding rail and the support.
