PURPOSE: A chair is provided to relieve fatigue of the backbone by supporting the upper body while a user bending the upper body forward only when the user feels fatigue on the backbone. CONSTITUTION: A chair comprises: a seat(1) for taking a seat; an armrest(2) which is prepared in both sides of the seat; a seat back(3) which is prepared in the rear of the seat and supports user's back; a leg(4) which is combined with the bottom of the chair; a first clutch hinge(13) which is combined with one side end of the armrest; a foldable unit(11) which is folded in the horizontal direction; a second clutch hinge(14) which is combined with the other side end of the foldable unit; and an upper body supporting part(12) which is rotationally folded in the vertical direction.
