PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication method that transmits a plurality of information using a common signal line, while suppressing an increase in scale of a computing circuit and a program. SOLUTION: The data communication method for transmitting first physical information showing speed information using a period of a pulse P1 (periodic signal F1) includes: transmitting second physical information different from the first physical information based on the number of continuous pulses P2, regarding a plurality of kinds of pulses P1, P2 selectively generated based on the pulse P1 and having the period of the pulse P1, and ending transmission of the second physical information based on the switching to the pulse P1.
