PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping apparatus for synthesizing carbonated water in natural hot spring through chemical combination, which can be moved for installation and enables easy operation for adjusting chemical combination. SOLUTION: A hot spring of carbonated water can be obtained without a large cost for facility investment by the relatively simple apparatus of adjusting water quantity and chemical combination.
