PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil passage structure of a cylinder head, effectively cooling the upper surface of the cylinder head with a simple construction. SOLUTION: The cylinder head 1 including an outer wall portion 2 extending in a direction parallel to an array direction of a plurality of cylinders includes: first ribs 5 provided in a standing manner between the side faces of fuel injection nozzle bosses 3 of the respective cylinders arranged on the upper surface of the cylinder head 1 and the outer wall portion 2; second ribs 6 provided in a standing manner between the outer wall portion 2 and the side faces of plate plug hole bosses 4 arranged between the fuel injection nozzle bosses 3; and oil inlet openings 9 perforated in the upper surface of the cylinder head 1 between the first ribs 5 and the second ribs 6.
