The invention relates to a watercraft 200 including a platform 202 for docking with a wind turbine (100, Fig 8). The platform includes a part of the platform 204 which is curved, such that there is a gap between the part of the platform and a ladder (107, Fig 8) of the wind turbine when the watercraft is docked with the wind turbine. The platform can also be damped by a buffer (206, Fig 8) to reduce the impulse of a collision with the wind turbine, and can also include a fender 208 at the periphery of the part of the platform. The watercraft may also include a bow/stern thruster to realign the watercraft with the wind turbine. A method for transferring crew from a watercraft to another structure using the watercraft platform is also disclosed. |
