PURPOSE: A fiber for capply of pneumatic tire is provided to maintain fixed state of warp yarn and weft yarn without rubber topping. CONSTITUTION: A fiber for capply of pneumatic tire and the pneumatic tire using the same have a weft yarn(12), warp yarn(11), and binder(13). The warp yarn is formed by one of nylon 6, nylon 66, layon, lyocell, and aramide fiber. The warp yarn is made of poly ethylene naphthalate or polyethylene terephthalate. The weft yarn is formed by nylon 6, nylon 66, layon, lyocell, and aramide fiber. The binder binds the warp yarn and weft yarn by tying.
