PURPOSE: A composition for forming a water-repellent film is provided to form a gel by being dissolved in a solvent and to maintain flexibility and adhesion property. CONSTITUTION: A composition for forming water-repellent film contains a hydrophobic water-repellent film-forming polymers, 50-100 weight parts of plasticizer containing emulsion ingredient, 0.1-5 weight% of surfactant, 0.1-10 weight% of hydrophilic polymers, and pharmacologically active ingredient. The organic solvent for dissolving the hydrophobic water-repellent film-forming polymer is acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, pethylene chloride, tetrahydrofuran, isopropyl miristate, isopropyl palmitate, mineral oil, ether, ethanol, methanol, or toluene. The pharmacologically active ingredient is antibiotics, antifungal agent, antiviral agent, and dressing agent.
