PURPOSE: A device and a method for an envelope tracking power amplifier supporting power control in a wireless communication system are provided to use a plurality of shaping tables, thereby increasing efficiency of an ET technique in a transmission end. CONSTITUTION: An envelope gain controller(114) adjusts a gain of a digital baseband transmitting signal by controlling power. A detector(116) detects an envelope signal from the digital baseband transmitting signal. The detector shapes the envelope signal. A DAC(Digital to Analog Converter)(118) converts the shaped envelope signal into an analog signal. An envelope modulator generates a drain bias of a power amplifier.
