FIELD: information technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves confirmation of legality of money used by business entities when paying for a commodity or service by comparing the amount of the money by the debit value on an external medium for fiscal significant data - a card which accompanies funds of a business entity/buyer. If the amount of money is equal to or greater than the debit value, a document is created which confirms the legality of the transaction and the transaction is electronically recorded with indication of details of the seller in the said card, otherwise the document is not created and electronic recording onto the said card is not carried out. ^ EFFECT: improved monitoring of circulation of legitimate funds of business entities owing to recording of each transfer of legal funds. ^ 4 cl, 13 dwg |
