<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell, capable of reducing the amount of solvent used. <P>SOLUTION: A rinsing liquid for cleaning is injected to an electrode forming work 12, having a porous semiconductor layer 7 which is a semiconductor layer made to adsorb a sensitized dye on an electrode-side substrate 2 which is a transparent substrate. The rinse liquid is injected in a form of a mist against the electrode forming work 12 to which the rinsing liquid has been injected, and an inert gas used as a gas is injected against the electrode forming work 12, to which the misty rinsing liquid has been injected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
